Harvey Girls and Dads 4 Dads last week celebrated 10 years of successfully supporting young parents and families within the local area. Harvey Girls began in 2004 and this year marks our 10 year anniversary. We held a celebration event at Pirelli Stadium where Funders and Stakeholders were presented with our achievements and examples of the difference we have made in families lives. We also held a disco in the evening for the young parents we support.
Over the last ten years we have supported over 500 young parents in the local area and in the last year of our outreach work have had over 10,000 contacts. We are a forward thinking passionate organisation and we aim to continue to achieve positive outcomes for families we support for the next stage of our journey. We have some innovative and exciting ideas for the future – watch this space!
