Who are we?
Our organisation is based on the principle of empowerment, working restoratively with families: ‘doing it with them, not to them’ – and we aim to support families to be more confident and resilient in their parenting, in addition to being more connected to community networks. Our organisation aims to provide ‘earliest help’, to strengthen families and communities by building skills and resilience, preventing family breakdown through a series of the right interventions at the right time. This is supported by our registered charity’s aims and objectives.
We have an executive board of voluntary Trustees who oversee our organisation. Our Trustees have extensive knowledge and experience, enabling us to deliver an effective level of governance.
Ian North, our Chief Executive is responsible for the management of the charity and reports to our Trustee Board.
We hope you will be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us, but if you’re not, please take a look at our Complaints and Grievance Procedure and let us know.
